Purchase the custom birth Kit for Chris Duffy from In His Hands Birth Supply. The Birth Pool In a Box - MINI liner is an option. You must choose this if you are planning a water birth. In addition, you must purchase a brand-new garden hose that will reach from your sink or hot water heater to the pool and also reach to a toilet for emptying. Make sure you receive the blue lunch box and the pool from us.

Additional Supplies Needed

The following are NOT included in the birth kit so you should acquire them:

4-8 Large bottles of hydrogen peroxide	For cleanup
2-4 oz. bottle of shea butter, unopened	For perineal massage done the last 4 weeks or to treat newborn's dry skin
2 bottles of Pedialyte, 1 unflavored	(for first-time moms only)
2 Large Trash bags
Shower curtain	Or other waterproof covering to protect the bed
Heating pad	For warmth for mom or infant as needed
Healthful food and beverages for mom and midwives	Fruit, vegetables, whole grain bread, etc
At least 12 clean towels, washed	For drying the baby and mom
1 hand towel, washed	To keep baby warm while in the pool
4-8 cotton baby blankets, washed
100% cotton infant clothes, washed
1 package of Depends	(Easier and more secure during the first days than sanitary napkins)
Large bowl or shallow pan	To catch the placenta
