Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle

I am trusting you to use wisdom by choosing foods that nourish your unborn baby.  I do not think that most women need multivitamins if they will steward their health with the following guidelines:

 

Maintain your relationship with your Heavenly Father with study, meditation, and prayer.

 

Simplify your lifestyle so that you have peace.

 

Become aware of the need for deep breathing of clean air.  Every reaction in your body requires oxygen.

 

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of pure water every day.  Every reaction in your body requires water. 

 

Eat healthful foods:  80% raw will insure vitality.  No artificial ingrediants!  Your body is poisoned by them.  When under stress, practice correct food combining.

 

Exercise daily:  1 mile or more brisk walk is best, or if homebound, at least work up a good sweat.

 

Go to sleep well before midnight and rise early.  Take as many 15-20 minute naps as you can.

 

Get out in the sunshine as often as possible.

 

Do something you find recreational regularly.

 

Become aware of your mental and emotional state.  As conflicts arise, pray to resolve them before they cause problems with your pregnancy or labor and birth.
