Eat For an Olympic Birth

  • Relaxation techniques several times a day to reduce stress.
  • Avoid strong spices.
  • The following foods help reduce blood pressure:
    • Watermelon
    • Buckwheat
    • Raw garlic, parsley and onions in large quantities
    • Cucumber
    • Hops tea
    • Passion flower
    • Scullcap (Ex-stress and Silent Night from Nature's Way is very effective)
    • Hawthorn berries (BP Factors from Michael's brand is very successful)
    • Fenugreek
  • Balanced formula of magnesium, calcium and potassium
  • Moderate exercise
  • 8oz glass of water every 2-3 hours.
